Project: Supply and Install (27) Milgard Ultra Fiberglass Windows and (4) Plastpro Fiberglass French Doors

Who doesn’t want a beautiful home on the shores of La Jolla overlooking the ocean? To provide this timeless crystal clear view, our company was hired to replace all the windows and doors with a durable product that will withstand the salted moisture in the air that comes along with coastal living.

Lead Installers, Justin and Bruno each led a crew for one week installing the windows and doors for this project. They started with the windows, installing them in a retrofit fashion into the existing wood framing. my ip . The window specifications consisted of primarily sliding windows with a few awning / casements. The second portion of the job was the installation of the Plastpro French doors (factory pre-finished: White) complete with new composite jambs, sills, weather-stripping, and Emtek hardware.
