What to Expect
1 Get a Quote:
Meet with a sales person at your jobsite, in our office or communicate over phone and email. Discuss options and details of your project and receive your free no pressure quote with in a day or two depending on the complexity of your project.
2 Sign a contract:
Once you have decided on the product you would like, a contract is written including all of the details of your order. When the contract is signed, we collect a 10% deposit before materials are ordered.
3 Final Measurements:
An installation expert will visit your project before ordering to obtain exact measurements and answer any questions you may have about the installation of your product.
4 Order Materials and Schedule:
We can now order you custom sizes and get you scheduled for installation based on the product arrival date and your availability. We can set up installation on Saturdays for an additional charge. For windows, order to install typically takes between 2-3 weeks.
We will call you the day before installation to confirm our arrival time and remind you to move any items away from the need work space for installation.
The day of installation our installers will be there between 8-9 am to install your product and generally done by 3pm. Most installs are complete in one day, larger projects are scheduled for additional days at the time of ordering. When the installation is complete our installers will introduce you to your new product and answer any questions you have. They will collect any balance due at the time of completion.
7 You’ve got Mail:
We will send you receipt for your records, your product warranty card, and information on how to care for and maintain your new product.
8 We won’t forget about you:
If you have any questions or concerns after the installation of you product we will still be there to help. We encourage you to contact us with even the smallest questions or concerns.
All of our inside and outside sales staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We do not use any high-pressure sales tactics or pricing gimmicks. The price the contract is written for is the price you pay. We give you our best price up front.
Our outside sales people are here to help you choose what product best fits your project. They do this by meeting you at home when it’s most convenient for you. We offer free in home estimates 7 days a week, 6 am to 9pm.
The inside sales staff is in the office 8 am – 5 pm to answer any questions, provide you with a quote or show you products in detail. If our office hours are not convenient we can accommodate you by appointment after hours or on weekends.
Our showroom is very large with all of our top products on display. You can operate the product and see all the options available.
All of our installers are Window Solutions employees. We do not subcontract out labor for installation. They are all very experienced and knowledgeable about the products they install. They arrive at your home on time in a company vehicle with the proper tools to do the job. They will tarp all of the areas they are working in around your home. The installers thoroughly clean the product installed and work areas when finished. We also haul away all old product and trash from the job.
After selecting the correct product for your project the most important thing is proper installation. If you have a great product and poor installation, well in the end you don’t have a great product. All of our installers are trained on proper installation techniques. One of the most over looked parts of new windows and doors are the materials used to install them. When a dealer orders product from a manufacturer, it doesn’t come with the installation supplies. The dealer is responsible for everything including caulking, sealant, screws, fasteners, shims, foam insulators and interior trim. We use only the best American made components when possible. There are a lot of sub par supplies being used by other companies. We would rather do the job right and know that your installation and product will be worry free for a lifetime.
